I have been watching this shop for sometime, since they opened really, noticing the amount of imports they turn out on a weekly basis, which as it happens, is not too little, or too much . . . meaning they are definitely taking a great care of the vehicles they work on. I drive by there twice a day to and from work. Being a former mechanic (I know that never goes away) in various fields and shops over the years I know what to look for in a shop. I recently acquired an 2000 Audi A6 Quattro AWD car in a really payment friendly situation after searching all over at my dealerships and private sellers, some folks were generous and helped me get into some wheels when I needed them the most recently. So this car is special to me already as it came in a great time of need and helped me keep my new job that I got at a great company. I was not wanting to take it to just any shop., and I no longer want to work on cars much as I am a guitarist with aging hands. Hanging out in the NWA car clinic a few times while I observed things, I noticed that they hide nothing, walls only go up so far in the building, so you hear all the conversations, and this strikes me as severely honest, as well as seeing their moral values in conversations with others. I nearly tried to get a job here based on most of what I saying here as a mechanic, it was almost the one exception to my not wanting to be a mechanic anymore haha. They did an intake quickly on my car and got to work right away, I am not certain of the techs name, but she knew exactly what she was doing, I watched. she blew through a thorough inspection notating the things I knew about and a few I did not, close to an hours worth and did amazing, without any hesitation she performed well. These folks are super cordial, very professional and will be doing all of the maintenance on both of our cars. You do not see many shops that have vintage and classic cars as well as modern in the same shop floor. Super proud of this shop and how they represent NWA as well as the awesome service, and comfort provided during a visit there, yes they are imports, so bring your wallet, but they work hard to soften the hit on price as much as they can, and the work they do is nothing short of impeccable.
